i really liked the last two, this one was slower though, but has potential.
you basically made every part of the game drawn out by making it a maze.

You crossed the line of decency juusstt enough.
A story of a kid perverted in many ways, that is a new one (well, 2005, so 2 years old), That just had so many little funny stupid things. Though I totally thought that when he went back to the house, he was going back to the other guy.

I really like the effects you did on the bigger guy to make hi seem more tough or whatever, the first from the tires made me laugh, and it wasnt even a dick joke.
Also, the little beaty red glowing eyes was a really nice effect.

game is fun and entertaining, i played it yersterday, and i am playing again today.
you need a save feature
you need a volume control, cause songs anly play once, and then stop, so i have to pause my music while the song plays once, and then play my music when it is done.
the knife doesnt do anything to big fish, i guess it isnt supposed to, but it should.
the portal teleported me into the octopusses tentacles, and i died instantly, and the game froze...
either than that, this is an amazing game, and i really wish i could find out what the viking hat, and the weird hourglass shaped thing do.

fun game, but about the note on the chest, they wrote that before they were attacked, they dropped that. How would they write a note about the fact they knew they were gonna be attacked?

alright, I saw this video about 3 months ago, and came back just for the sake of watching it, because it is a nice flash.
At first I thought, "wow, this flash is really over rated." But then Ithought for a bit, and realised that there isn't many videos on newgrounds with such well done voice recording and lip syncing. Also, there is almost no well done flashes with cock jokes, and the jokes in this didn't overboard as to make me wonder if your uncle had fondled you as a child (as most flashes with cock jokes do). So really, I do think that this flash deserves the rating that it gets. Sure adam phillips animations are great, but look, no voice recording, no good comedy.

To be honest, I watched this flash many times, because I actually used it to learn how to lip sync well, as well as pan the camera during scenes (which I noticed you did every once in a while, adding to the overall effect of the video). Also, I really like the expression on the captains face when he lands from parachuting, although it doesnt go with the rest of the art...
Another thing that was well done was the volume of the music, it adds to the atmosphere, but either than when it is first played, I didnt notice it plays all the way though until just now.
Oh, also, what is up when the scene goes back to the 'good guys?', And the captain says "we are so fucked", and then steve brings up the tank, I find that conversation confusing. When he says we are fucked, I instantly assumed he was just told about the tank, but then steve tells him after. It makes for a really weird conversation, but thats just me.

lastly, how do you get your audio recordings so good, do you just record really well? or do you spend a hell of alot of time on editing it up nicely.

Though a couple things.
your physics design for slopes you are supposed to run up are weird, cause if you try to do anything either than what you are suposed to, you can go flying bizzaire directions.

GLITCH!!!!!! - if you are on a ledge, and mr.pants is on his one foot and leaning over the edlge all sketchy like, and you try and duck, it shows the ducking animation for one frame, and then goes back to the leaning/swaying animation, and he is stuck there, I assume this is to do with the programming with the ducking animation, but i just thought you should know that

this game is just so fun... I cant stop!

And now I have beaten it, with only 2 fancy roofs for the yellow building.

I love how simple and addicting it is.

the only thing you need to realise about newgrounds, is most of them dont care.
They want cartoon styled (heck, i do too, ubt i know bitmap looks much better for 3d in flash), and most impotantly, gameplay.
If it isnt fun to play, you gonna get blammed.
So in other words, you need to spend more time on making it fun, aka steering, and maybe powerups, i know, people say that for games all the time, and it is because it adds entertainment to the gameplay. Andjust out of curiosity, what programming style did you use for the ground? because i am working on a 3d game myself, and had to resort to only api, and movieclips.
